 Megan and I want to thank you guys for all the effort you put into making our barbeque one of the best ever. It's difficult planning a function to serve food and drinks to fifty people simultaneously, not to mention if it's for the people you work with. We really wanted to do something a little different than the typical burger fest, and Barbarian barbeque stepped up to the plate and served us all in record time. You guys were very professional and the fact that you can supply everything from cups and plates to the utensils and meats made the preparation much easier. Everyone commented on the incredible smoke flavor in everything you served. Some day we will have one of the "residential sized", smokers.
On behalf of the employees at Poole Brothers Lumber, Meg and I would like to say thank you for a successful party. We look forward to the 28th, when you, Steve and Dwight do it all over again for the annual owners meeting in Damariscotta. I know that it will be a hit, and maybe you will sell another smoker!!! They fed over 150 people. The food was great and served right on time. The cost was very reasonable and after the party the cooking site was cleaned up so well, there was no sign anything had happened. The results are in and they are unanimous: This was the best family reunion we’ve had in 50 plus years and I must confess it wasn’t because of me. The food was what put this gathering over the top. Faye’s clam chowder led into a feast from the smokers of Barbarian BBQ…and what a feast of culinary delights! Racks of ribs, piles of pulled pork (a huge favorite), perfect brisket, smoked baloney, & more, all delivered right on time, served with beans, potato salad, slaw and ice cold beer…it was impossible to do better. People were trying to sneak out with doggie-bags! You can count on being the victualler of choice for our special occasions from here on out. The 10 pounds of salmon that you smoked for us in December was also the hit of our Christmas party... Thank you, Matt, Steve, and Dwight. You guys are the best!
